En effet, la commission innovation a financ\u00e9 l\u2019achat du dispositif d\u2019imagerie d\u00e9di\u00e9 exclusivement \u00e0 la chirurgie de la thyro\u00efde, le Fluobeam\u00ae, qui a permis de mener ce projet de recherche."}
